    Miriam Fresco Agrait is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and graduate of Florida International University College of Law (Class of 2011). She began her career at the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney, where she tried more than 50 criminal cases and served as Assistant Chief of County Court, supervising over 60 attorneys.

    For the past ten years, Ms. Fresco Agrait has concentrated her practice on personal injury and mass tort litigation, achieving multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for her clients.

    Her leadership and advocacy have earned her appointments in several high-profile multidistrict litigations (MDLs), including:

    • In re Philips Recalled CPAP, Bi-Level PAP, and Mechanical Ventilator Products Litigation (MDL No. 3014) – Appointed by Judge Joy Flowers Conti (W.D. Pa.) to the Plaintiffs’ Leadership Committee in the Leadership Development Committee (February 2022).
    • In re Depo-Provera (Depot Medroxyprogesterone Acetate) Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 3140) – Appointed by Judge Casey Rogers (N.D. Fla.) to the Plaintiffs’ Leadership Committee in the Data Administration Subcommittee.

    Ms. Fresco Agrait is also a frequent speaker on topics involving trial advocacy, leadership in mass torts, and innovation in the legal profession.
