Rachel Gopichand Eisenberg is an attorney in Amanda Demanda Injury Lawyers Miami office with years of experience in civil litigation. She focuses her litigation practice on wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, products liability and medical malpractice.
Prior to joining Amanda Demanda, Rachel refined her skills as an associate at an esteemed Miami personal injury law firm, where she helped obtain numerous multi-million-dollar settlements for her clients.
Rachel attended law school at the University of Miami School of Law on a full academic scholarship as a HOPE Public Interest Scholar. Her dedication to the community and advocacy for those who need it the most continues to shine through her service as a pro bono Guardian ad Litem for the State of Florida, where she advocates for children who have suffered abuse within their homes.
Before settling in Miami, Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she devoted much of her time to clinical research in neuroscience and philanthropic outreach regarding sexual assault awareness and prevention. During this time, Rachel was also a member of the Dean’s List and Honor Court.
In 2024, Rachel was one of the youngest members in the organization’s history elected to sit on the Board of Directors for the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association. She continues to serve on the Board where she has spearheaded multiple community and youth outreach efforts.
