Aggressive. Hard-working. Passionate. As the Lead Associate Attorney for the Texas division as Amanda Demanda Law Group, Ryan Kennedy doesn’t just exemplify these values in his own work; he expects the same dedication from each member of his team every day.

Ryan Kennedy knew when he was in seventh grade that he wanted to be a lawyer. “I knew this mainly because of my drive and desire to help others in need, especially when they are in a tough position and are unable to help themselves,” Ryan says. “I’ve always enjoyed standing up and fighting for people who need help and who cannot fight for themselves. I take pride in that.”

At Amanda Demanda Law Group, that involves “fighting zealously for each of my clients throughout all of their legal needs. I help them fight anyone who is trying to take advantage of them and bully them during their vulnerable time of need.”

“My ultimate goal is to build one of the largest, most prominent, and most successful personal injury law firms in the State of Texas,” says Kennedy. “I want Texans to feel confident and comfortable placing their faith in us to represent their best interests and to champion their rights. I take this responsibility very seriously because I understand how important each client’s case is to them personally.”

Ryan firmly believes that Amanda Demanda Law Group stands for excellence, that each client who retains the firm should expect the highest quality legal advocacy, and that the lawyers of the firm should deliver each client nothing less. “It is my duty to zealously advocate and litigate for my clients to obtain the best possible outcome for each and every one of them,” he says. “I fight to get them the results they deserve and help them regain their normal lifestyle.”

Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy with a minor in legal studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio. At UTSA he was chosen to attend the Summer Law School Preparation Academy, where he received a Certification in Legal Reasoning.

He then earned his Juris Doctorate law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston.

Ryan is a member of the State Bar of Texas and admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Northern, and Eastern District of Texas as well as received certification as a Guardian Ad Litem from the State of Texas.

Before joining Amanda Demanda Law Group, Ryan was employed as a litigation attorney at Jim Adler & Associates and the Buzbee Law Firm, where he worked for over three years fighting the insurance companies to get his clients what they rightfully deserved. While working at Jim Alder & Associates and Buzbee Law Firm, Ryan was promoted as the head attorney of the entire Probate and Estate Planning Department.

In 2022, Ryan took the next step in his career by founding and running his own law firm, where he managed all legal, strategic, and business operations for over a year. That experience sharpened his leadership, accountability, and expectation of excellence — principles he brings to every case and every client today.
