On February 28, 2026, Amanda Demanda Injury Lawyers proudly attended the 52nd Annual Installation Gala of the Cuban American Bar Association at Jungle Island in Miami. The evening celebrated the installation of Jordi C. Martínez-Cid as the association’s next president and supported the CABA Foundation and CABA Pro Bono Legal Services, which continue to expand access to justice throughout our community.
For more than five decades, CABA has played a pivotal role in elevating Hispanic voices within the legal profession and shaping the future of leadership in Florida. This year’s theme, “Fuiste Tú,” recognized the generations of attorneys, advocates, and community leaders.
As a Cuban attorney, Amanda understands firsthand the importance of representation, resilience, and cultural pride within the legal field. The journey of Hispanic lawyers in South Florida reflects perseverance, hard work, and a commitment to serving others; values that continue to guide our firm today. For personal injury attorneys who fight daily for individuals and families, being part of a community rooted in advocacy and empowerment carries deep meaning.
The evening blended history and celebration, with tributes to the association’s legacy and vibrant moments of music, culture, and connection. Surrounded by colleagues, mentors, and friends from across Miami-Dade’s legal community, it was a powerful reminder of how far our community has come and how much further we continue to go.
We are proud to stand alongside leaders who strengthen our profession, support access to justice, and honor the cultural foundation that shapes who we are.
