On September 21, 2025, Amanda Demanda Injury Lawyers had the honor of sponsoring and attending El Festival de la Salsa at Midtown Park in Houston, Texas. This annual celebration was more than just a festival. It was a showcase of music, culture, and unity, bringing together thousands of families, friends, and salsa lovers from across the city. The event proudly represented the diversity of our community with people from Colombia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Cuba, Honduras, Venezuela, El Salvador, and many more countries coming together to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.
Our team set up a tent where we had the chance to connect with the community, share who we are, and spread awareness about the work we do. We gave out our signature pink merchandise that everyone loved, from sunglasses and tote bags to our famous blue fans that became a lifesaver under the hot Houston sun. The highlight for many came in the evening when we lit up the park with our pink LED bracelets, which could be seen glowing across the crowd as the music played into the night.
One of the most exciting moments was our TV giveaway, where two lucky winners were announced live on stage by Amanda herself. The winners joined Amanda and our collaborators, Baila Con Micho, to receive their prizes and celebrate in front of the cheering crowd. Baila Con Micho also delivered incredible performances throughout the festival, wearing our bright pink shirts and handing out bracelets, while leading a special dance that taught the entire audience choreography to the Amanda Demanda jingle. Amanda joined the performance, dancing alongside the group and the audience, creating a memory that everyone will remember.
The Houston Salsa Festival was filled with music, food, dance, and joy. Families came together to celebrate their roots, honor Hispanic Heritage Month, and enjoy the culture that unites us all. For Amanda Demanda and our team, it was an opportunity to stand shoulder to shoulder with the community we are proud to serve, and to celebrate not just who we are as a law firm, but as part of Houston’s vibrant and diverse family. We are grateful to Baila Con Micho for their collaboration and to the organizers of El Festival de la Salsa for making this event possible. We look forward to being part of this celebration for years to come.
