On June 12, 2025, Amanda Demanda proudly joined powerhouse women attorneys from across Florida at the FJA Women’s Caucus during the Florida Justice Association’s Annual Convention & Expo, held at the beautiful JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa. As FJA’s annual event, the convention brought together legal professionals for seminars, networking, and leadership-building experiences — and Amanda was honored to be part of it.
One of the most meaningful moments of the event was Amanda’s conversation with the team at AMPLIFY, where she spoke about the importance of branding, media presence, and storytelling in the legal profession. Drawing from her own experience building an authentic and impactful legal brand, Amanda shared how trial lawyers can use their own stories — and those of their clients — to connect with their communities, educate the public, and drive change.
Her message was clear: “Your story is your power.” Whether you’re advocating in court, building your firm, or creating content that informs and inspires, storytelling is one of the most powerful tools attorneys have at their disposal.
The FJA Women’s Caucus has long served to elevate women trial lawyers across the state, and Amanda’s contribution to this year’s program furthered that mission. She emphasized the importance of showing up authentically, embracing one’s voice, and using platforms to create visibility and connection — especially in an industry that is still growing in diversity and representation.
Outside of the panels, Amanda had a wonderful time reconnecting with colleagues and meeting many inspiring attorneys throughout the event. The energy, the collaboration, and the sense of shared purpose made it a truly memorable experience.
Amanda left the convention feeling energized, grateful, and proud to be part of such a dynamic and supportive community of women in law. She hopes her message inspired other attorneys to lean into their unique strengths and build brands rooted in purpose — and she’s already looking forward to being back next year.
