We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal injury law, an  exceptional track record in litigation, and the ability to manage and resolve cases through settlement or trial. As a Litigation Attorney at Amanda Demands Law Group, you will play a key role in advocating for our clients, representing them in court, and ensuring their cases progress efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court during all phases of litigation, including pre-trial motions, deposition, discovery, and trial.
• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including client meetings, drafting legal documents and negotiating settlements.
• Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to prepare cases for trial.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Provide clear and effective communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process.
• Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends to provide the best possible counsel.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar License in Florida.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury litigation, including trial experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle a heavy caseload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and legal research skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our growing personal injury law firm. This position plays a vital role in supporting our legal team and ensuring that our clients receive the best care and service throughout the course of their case

The Case Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a personal injury case load, working closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of client cases from intake through settlement or litigation, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Drafting and sending letters of representation to clients, clinics and insurance companies (any and all parties involved).
• Communicate with health insurance companies including private health insurance and Medicare/Medicaid in order to obtain coverage and negotiate medical bills.
• Reviewing policies, claims and other records to determine insurance coverage eligibility under Florida State laws. Obtaining the insurance coverage from all parties involved.
• Schedule and prepare clients (under the attorney supervision) for recorded statements.
• Assist clients with providers, property damage claims.
• Ensure all files are organized, complete and ready for demand.
• Maintain workstation organized and prioritize workloads to accomplish daily tasks.
• Maintaining communication with the clients to ensure they are up today on their case and all their concerns are satisfied.
• Maintain communication with co-workers to ensure work quality and consistency.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Case Manager or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in English and Spanish required.

When a prospective client calls the Amanda Demanda Law Group for help, they are often going through an emotionally and/or physically difficult time. Our Intake Specialists are responsible for providing our prospective clients an outstanding telephone experience. It requires the right combination of phone skills, empathy, and knack to investigate to the root of the caller’s legal issues. Often the first point of contact for our clients, our Intake Specialist plays a vital role in determining our client’s satisfaction. This position encompasses administrative duties related to client intake and retention.

Client Intake:

• Screening all intakes for all personal injury practice areas, as well as follow-on contact to secure leads.
• Following up with potential leads and developed leads.
• Create, maintain, and keep all email, documentation as part of the intake process, including but not limited to filing out intake forms, maintaining the intake database, gathering and maintaining information provided by clients.

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Intake Supervisor to oversee our in-office intake department. This role is responsible for leading a team of approximately 15 intake specialists in a high-volume call center environment, ensuring operational excellence, accountability, and consistent achievement of key performance indicators. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a data-driven mindset who can analyze performance metrics, implement structured improvements, and maintain a high standard of client service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of a 15-person intake team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Monitor and analyze KPIs including call volume, answer time, conversion rates, signed case metrics, and overall team productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and client retention
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and quality assurance evaluations
• Establish accountability standards and implement performance improvement plans when necessary
• Provide structured reporting to firm leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations
• Ensure a professional, client-centered experience from initial contact through case sign-up
• Collaborate with attorneys and management to streamline the intake-to-retention process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a call center, intake, or high-volume client service environment
• Experience in a personal injury or legal setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage and improve KPIs in a measurable way
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and reporting tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to enforce standards while maintaining team morale and professionalism

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and follow-ups with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical provides during settlement process.
• Communicate with Insurance Adjusters to obtain payment.
• Obtain reductions from medical providers, hospitals, and/or any other party owed monies as a result of the client’s case, as applicable.
• Resolve lien interest and providers’ medical bills.
• Work with medical providers to deliver the maximum value to our clients.
• Organize and prepare Closing Documents for Attorney and clients to review and sign supporting documentation.
• Verify and organize medical bills and execute appropriate follow-up procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in medical bill negotiation and reduction within the personal injury legal industry.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to personal injury billing is a plus.
