On Friday, August 7, Amanda Demanda joined Univision 23 Miami and Contigo en la Comunidad for a special Back-to-School event at Miami Dade College’s Hialeah Campus. From 11 AM to 2 PM, local families came together for an afternoon dedicated to helping students prepare for the start of a new school year.
Amanda and our team were excited to be there connecting with families, giving away Amanda Demanda merch, and raffling off 10 tablets for students. Throughout the event, families also had the opportunity to enjoy school supplies, giveaways, activities, and resources to help make the transition back to school a little more exciting.
It was a wonderful afternoon filled with energy, smiles, and community spirit. We loved meeting so many students and families and being able to contribute to an event focused on supporting local children as they begin another school year.
