What a weekend in Louisville! Amanda Demanda was proud to be the Presenting Sponsor of Carnavales de Sweet Havana, bringing together music, dancing, culture, and an incredible community at Fourth Street Live!
The celebration kicked off Friday, July 31, with the VIP Gala. Amanda and the team spent the evening connecting with the organizers, sponsors, and community partners while enjoying plenty of music and dancing before the festival officially began.
Then it was time for the main event. On Saturday, August 1, and Sunday, August 2, Fourth Street Live! came alive with live performances, artists, dancers, vendors, music, and nonstop energy. At the Amanda Demanda booth, we spent the weekend meeting families, handing out merch, and raffling off two iPads, with a new winner each day.
And of course, we had to bring some Amanda Demanda energy to the dance floor! We teamed up once again with Baila con Micho, whose dancers took over the festival in pink while performing the Amanda Demanda jingle and other custom songs. Between their performances, the dance contest, and the crowd joining in on the fun, it was definitely one of the highlights of the weekend.
Amanda also took the stage to thank everyone for the incredible welcome and share a few words with the crowd.
Louisville, you made this weekend one to remember. We loved celebrating Hispanic culture, meeting so many people, and spending time with a community that continues to welcome us with open arms.
