Biography
Amanda Demanda is the founder of the Trucking Accident Strategy Academy (TASA) and a nationally recognized personal injury trial attorney. She is known for handling complex and catastrophic injury cases, including serious commercial trucking collisions that require deep regulatory knowledge and strategic litigation.
She is also the founder of Amanda Demanda Law Group, where she leads a practice focused on high-stakes personal injury litigation across the country. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into one of the most recognizable personal injury brands in its markets, combining strategic advocacy with a modern approach to legal marketing.
Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida after completing degrees in broadcast production and political science from the University of Miami and marketing and business administration from Florida International University.
In addition to her trial practice, Amanda currently serves as President of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association and has been recognized nationally for her leadership and innovation in legal marketing, building one of the most recognizable personal injury brands in her markets.
