Miriam Fresco Agrait

Miriam Fresco Agrait is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and Managing Partner at Amanda Demanda Law Group, where she leads complex litigation involving catastrophic injuries and high-stakes trucking accident cases. Known for her strategic litigation skills and courtroom presence, she has built a reputation as a formidable advocate in commercial trucking and serious injury litigation.

She began her legal career at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where she tried more than 50 cases and served as Assistant Chief of County Court, supervising over 60 attorneys. For more than a decade, Ms. Fresco Agrait has concentrated her practice on personal injury and mass tort litigation, securing significant verdicts and settlements for her clients.

Her leadership in complex litigation has earned her appointments to plaintiffs’ leadership committees in major multidistrict litigations, including the In re Philips Recalled CPAP, Bi-Level PAP, and Mechanical Ventilator Products Litigation (MDL No. 3014) and the In re Depo-Provera Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 3140).
