Biography
Stephen F. Cain is a highly accomplished trial attorney whose practice is devoted exclusively to representing plaintiffs in complex civil litigation. He has successfully handled cases involving motor vehicle accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, negligent security, maritime incidents, and other serious negligence claims, securing numerous verdicts and settlements exceeding one million dollars.
His extensive experience litigating high-stakes injury and wrongful death cases provides valuable insight into the strategic challenges involved in catastrophic trucking and commercial vehicle litigation. Among his notable results, he and firm partner David Bianchi secured a $14 million jury verdict on behalf of the parents of a college student who died as a result of fraternity hazing.
Cain earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he received honors in the nationally recognized Litigation Skills program.
In addition to his trial practice, he serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Florida Justice Association, where he actively advocates in Tallahassee to protect the rights of injured victims and their families. He has been recognized by several legal publications, including Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers, Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, and Florida Super Lawyers.
