On May 15, 2026, the Amanda Demanda team spent an unforgettable day together for our annual Team Field Day in Miami. It was a day filled with challenges, laughter, and meaningful moments that reminded us what it truly means to be #OneTeam.
The day began as the entire team boarded a bus and headed to a ropes course. Once we arrived, we kicked off the day with fun icebreaker activities and mini games designed to help everyone connect and learn more about one another. Team members discovered shared birthdays, hometowns, and family connections, creating even stronger bonds across the firm.
After a break for snacks and water, we continued with more team-building games before learning how to put on our harnesses and prepare for the ropes course. We then divided into groups and began taking on the challenges one by one.
For many, the ropes course meant facing real fears and stepping far outside of their comfort zones. Some were nervous at first, but with encouragement from their teammates, they pushed through and completed the course. Several team members were so energized that they chose to do it more than once.
At the end of the course, everyone gathered in a circle to reflect on the day. Each person shared something they were proud of, complimented another teammate, and made a promise about how they would continue contributing to the team and the firm. Some reflections were funny, while others were heartfelt and emotional. Amanda closed the day by expressing her gratitude for every member of the team and the important role each person plays in the firm’s continued growth and success.
The celebration continued with a lunch and happy hour in Wynwood, where everyone enjoyed great food, music, and plenty of dancing.
Team Field Day was more than just a fun outing. It was a powerful reminder that when we trust one another, support one another, and work together, we can accomplish anything. The same teamwork and dedication that made this day so special is what drives us every day as we continue fighting for our clients and helping them obtain the justice and compensation they deserve.
